These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and The Rockets Consulting DMCC, trading as 5th Consulting ("5th", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the website 5th.ae and any content, tools or communications made available through it. By accessing the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Nature of the Website

The website provides general information about 5th Consulting's advisory services, including Prize Coverage™, Prediction Coverage™and Redemption Coverage™, and thought-leadership content. Nothing on the website constitutes legal, financial, insurance, tax or professional advice, nor an offer to contract or a solicitation of insurance. Insurance capacity, where relevant, is arranged with third-party regulated carriers under separate documentation.

4. Consulting Services

Any consulting or campaign engagement between you and 5th is subject to a separate written agreement (Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement or proposal countersigned by both parties), which shall govern scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality, warranties and liability. In case of conflict between such agreement and these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website in violation of UAE law or any other applicable law or regulation, including sanctions and export-control rules.
• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website, servers or connected systems, or interfere with its operation or security.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, publish, publicly display or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent, save as expressly permitted by mandatory law.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) except for well-behaved indexing consistent with our robots directives.
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harmful, misleading, infringing or contains malicious code.
• Use the website or our brand for unauthorised commercial purposes, including gambling or lottery activities that are not properly licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the website and its content — including text, graphics, layouts, logos, trademarks, images, video, code and downloadable materials — are owned by The Rockets Consulting DMCC or its licensors and are protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights, UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2021 on Trademarks, and applicable international treaties (including the Berne Convention, WIPO Copyright Treaty and TRIPS). No licence is granted other than a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the website for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

If you submit information through a contact form, brief or other channel, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content is accurate and lawful. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the website shall not exceed AED 500 (five hundred UAE Dirhams). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud or wilful misconduct).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Rockets Consulting DMCC, its affiliates and their respective directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the website.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, or restrict your access, at any time and without notice, in particular in case of suspected breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Privacy

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Sanctions & Export

You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the website from, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive UAE, UN, EU, UK or US sanctions, and that you are not a person or entity designated on any applicable restricted-party list.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, epidemic, network or utility failure.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied within the Emirate of Dubai and the regulations of the DMCC Free Zone. The competent courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to users in their country of residence.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
